About Lynn

I have been a full-time, professional realtor for over 27 years. As a member and a top producer of the JCI Real Estate team, I work as both a buyer´s and seller´s agent. My services include showing and selling homes, marketing and advertising, staying abreast of area home inventory, accessing the multiple listing service, and following market conditions and trends.

I am a native of Royal Oak and a current resident of Troy. My knowledge of the metro Detroit area, combined with my years of real estate experience, enables me to ask you the right questions during our initial consultation. My goal is to assist you in all aspects of a successful home transaction.

Finding a neighborhood; pricing a property; gauging the travel time between home, work, and family; discussing marketing trends-these are all part of the services I offer. I am well qualified to meet the needs of first-time buyers, existing home owners, job transferees, and investors.

I graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A. in Education and did post-graduate work at Michigan State University. Before becoming a realtor, I taught in the Royal Oak school district.

My experience as a teacher has helped me develop a sound business philosophy. I believe that my job is to educate my clients, so they can make informed decisions when buying or selling real estate. It has been my experience that an educated client is a satisfied client.
